A clear, solvent based epoxy sealer that can be used to seal & waterproof all porous surfaces. The hydrophilic properties of Epoxy Sealer enable it to locate and displace water from the pores of the substrate where it then cures to form a permanently sealed surface layer. As well as waterproofing it also makes the surface resistant to staining and prevents alga growth. It will also strengthen porous masonry such as sandstone and limestone reducing the likelihood of weather and frost damage. When used on concrete, it reduces the effects of weathering and prevents "dusting" of the surface. It can be used on most porous surfaces (except polystyrene foam) and it will act as a bonding primer for other resins.
